Not good enough. The "costs to the public health system" can be an excuse for you to march everybody else around to whatever tune you are playing. That's one reason why Obamaocare is so scary.

Even without the Job Destruction Act health costs have been basically socialized particularly in states like New York. This is a very important factor in the health costs taxpayers must pay for the ignorant. I’m all for reducing them.
