Do RICO laws apply? Sounds like organized crime to me!
Any prosecutor who wanted could prosecute flash mobs as “conspiracy” (a felony) in addition to all the other crimes involved. They’d be smart to limit it to anyone who spread the word in social media, but could get everyone who responded to the plan.
