They do give to Exodus International (it seems like it was a relatively small amount when you consider the 35 million they’ve given to charity) EI is often mocked as “pray the gay away” You can look up their web site to see who they really are. Several years ago in Uganda there was a movement to add the death penalty for the offense of homosexual rape, as it was already in place for hetero sexual rape, seems like there was something about HIV as well. ONE of the board members of Exodus International was in support of this law.
Exodus International as a whole, disagreed with this policy and asked for it to be changed to a lifetime jail sentence.
Basically Exodus International believes that while people may in fact be gay, they do not have to act on that. Most of their staff has been involved in homosexuality before coming to have a religious faith.
So, to the gay activist anything besides open acceptance of all things in their life equates with hate.
The other thing to know is the Southern Poverty Law Center is who many people count on to know about hate groups. However the SPLC has a very specific agenda in their lack of tolerance in calling other groups hate groups.
These so-called “hate” groups are essentially deprogrammers of the cult of homosexuality, which needs a social framework to perpetuate itself, since being contrary to natural law it would be expected to disappear.
“However the SPLC has a very specific agenda in their lack of tolerance in calling other groups hate groups.”
And who made THEM the authority on “hate groups”??? Shouldn’t they stick to defending the rights of poor people in Southern courts?;)
