Legal FReepers - what can Chick Fil A do about this on Friday?
ONLY have Drive-Thru Service. Won’t stop it but will make it difficult to make a spectacle of themselves.
Otherwise, can they loiter on private propety?

I think they can only stand on a public sidewalk or property. If they are loitering and asked to leave, they must.
