If I wrote what I've overheard and seen people doing w/ EBT card scams, your head would explode. The local/state/fed gov't doesn't even want to hear about it. They told me to "forget it all".

As it is, I'm wearing ¼" of duct tape around mine, so it doesn't.

Different here. The state buys a lot of ads saying "Report fraud or abuse" -- gives website and phone number.
