I am assuming it is legit because a gay website posted it in anger. It is supposedly a Wendy’s located in Asheville, North Carolina. The website contacted company headquarters and are waiting to hear back. It may be that the individual franchise owner chose to put this up.
That is even more amazing when you consider that Asheville is 'sodomite central' in North Carolina...oft referred to as 'Berkeley East'...
