I was almost ready to quietly ignore jimrob and vote for Romney, figuring that was the least of two evils. That old “anything but Obama” business.
But Cheney reminded me what we are up against. We need to defeat the GOPe. Romney worked HARD to destroy Sarah, and it was done in a very personal manner, not just as a Harvard policy wonk debate.
Even worse, im used to the GOP flipping conservatives the finger after elections. But BEFORE? F-U GOPe,, if you want my vote, you damned well better earn it. Kissing some serious Sarah ass is a nice place to start. Not bbecause i worship her,,but because she is the closest politician to my thinking that im aware of. I am sick and tired of supposedly “our side” attacking and dissing our conservative leaders in front of the liberal media. It’s a pattern that goes back years ago when the Establishment was attacking Goldwater and then years later putting down Reagan, calling him an embarrassment to the glee of the legacy media. Again, they are supposedly on “our side”? Our side that anonymously tried to bring Sarah down right in the middle of a Presidential campaign in 2008? “our side” that consistently dismiss the Tea party? Our side that backstab us again and again?
The question should be rather who’s side is “our side” on?
