Once again, for the hundredth time, the only real reason to increase the minimum wage is that all government employees contracts (union) are tied to a baseline above minimum wage. ie, a postal worker is paid a base wage of X above minimum wage as their contracts are negotiated. So an incease of minimum wage is an immediate raise for every government worker.

You are nuts ~ for postal workers the baseline is whatever they were already working, and that's already nearly 7 X the minimum wage.
