Well, according to the National Right to Life Committee, Colorado does not have an Unborn Victim Law! It needs to be changed ASAP.

A few weeks ago a mother with a full term baby, within days/hours of natural delivery, was hit by a drunk driver. The baby died as a result of the accident, but because the baby possibly died in utero, the only charges are the injuries inflicted on the mother.
