FU Cheney, you were always a low life, and still are. But i appreciate you reminding me that it was Romney operatives that mounted a non stop effort to destroy Sarah.
GOPe and the Bushie wing must end,,, hard. A Romney loss might finally allow our Conservative to arise. We may just need to endure.
Actually Dick you have it wrong..McCain was the MISTAKE
Mr. Cheney? May I call you “Dick”?
As much as I appreciate Cheney and his strengths he is wrong and IMO he was a poor choice for VP. Republicans never pick strong candidates for VP. They should pick some young enough to be groomed to run for president after 4-8 years.
From that perspective Cheney was a poor pick.
It’s also why they hated Sarah. She didn’t roll over and tow the party line and they have crucified her for that.
Had McCain not picked Sarah Palin, the GOP’s conservative base would have gone fishing on election day or voted third party. As a result, McCain would have been blown out, and he would have probably taken more legislators down with him than he did. Then in addition to claiming a solid mandate, Obama would have had a super-duper majority in the House and Senate and would have gotten his entire agenda passed.
Makes a whole lot of sense to me. /sarc
Sarah Palin is sitting on between 18 and 20 years executive experience. This is more than almost any other President we have ever had.
Palins record includes a term on the Wasilla Council, two terms as Wasilla, AK Mayor, a stint as Chairwoman of the Alaska Oil and gas Conservation Commission (which she left to almost single-handily take down the corrupt GOP Establishment in Alaska). She served as president of the Alaska mayors association and as chairman of the Republican governors. As governor she accomplished more in two years than most do in eight years. Alaska has the largest national guard and they are always on active duty with the governor briefed daily.
The Governorship of Alaska, as defined by the Alaska state Constitution, is the most powerful in the nation. This has left Sarah Palin uniquely qualified to go from being the most powerful Governor in the nation to being the most powerful national leader in the world.
Put that in your pipe and smoke it...DICK!
Sorry Dick, but Palin is the only reason McCain did as well as he did.
Sorry Dick, but your a dick for saying that.
No Mr. Cheney, McCain was the friggin mistake NOT Sarah!
The RINOs are herding around their guy. It was inevitable that it woud happen.
I bow to the superior wisdom and knowledge of Dick Cheney.
Wow - I am very disappointed to hear Cheney say that. I have always respected him and appreciated his service to the country. It’s hard to hear him say that about Sarah.
I only voted for Sarah, not for McCain. Had McCain picked someone else I doubt I’d have voted for him period. I think without Sarah McCain would have lost by a landslide and it would have never gotten as close as it did before he suspended his campaign and ran back to DC to handle the economic crisis.
Giving ABC an interview brings him down a notch in my book. And lambasting Palin takes him off the list.
Why does Dick Cheney feel it necessary to attack Sarah Palin?.

I’m a fan of the former vice president but this isn’t classy. And he’s also wrong. John McCain ran a terrible campaign; the Bush-Cheney administration had become very unpopular with the American people, including many Republicans; and the Bush-Cheney administration was every bit as activist when it came to expanding domestic spending and government activism as the Nixon administration. The continuing attacks on leaders of grassroot conservatives by the Republican establishment, especially former Bush administration officials, need to end now. They got their nominee and they need to focus on Obama.
