Lookee here, Dickie made an observation that HURT our side 100 days before the election. Instead of beating up Obama he beat up Palin. Why the hell didn't he make an observation about Obama. God knows Obama is target rich.

As for the so called wails and shrieks made by Palinbots, to the best of my knowledge, none of them got air time, UNLIKE Cheney's nasty attack on Palin.

Cheney's comment stating that Obama is worse than Carter DID NOT make the local news cycles. So, save your contempt for the Palin supporters. CHENEY'S PALIN ATTACK DID MAKE THE LOCAL NEWS CYCLES ALL DAY. DO YOU GET THAT NOW?????

Finally, whether I adore Palin or not IS NOT the point. The POINT that we are discussing is Cheney's timing of an attack on a conservative (whom you and Bill Mahre despise) 100 days before the election.

The man has been around the block, and knows what becomes a soundbite. There was no need to even answer a question about Palin.

Palin had more executive experience than Obama,Biden and McCain combined. She was more ready to be President on Day One than any of these Senators.

Well put! That’s what is so exasperating about this. Cheney doesn’t have to say anything, but here he goes and gives the jackals in the media a nice little kissy-kissy valentine to go on yet another day-long, anti-Palin/anti-conservative/anti-Tea Party orgy. It’s ammo to the enemy, to further their propagandistic agenda.

And, it happens time and time again... the GOP-establishment guys cozying up to the media scum to deep-six genuine conservatives. Palin has been on the receiving end of this constantly, to the jollies of the libs. From Barbara Bush telling her to stay the hell up in Alaska, to Krauthamer telling her to “leave the room” on the Obamacare issue (while he then totally repeats the message she expressed) to even Chris Christie rolling his eyes and making a stupid face when asked about Palin.

Palin has gone out of her way to speak well of GOP folks, abiding by Reagan’s 11th more than any other Republican out there, yet she’s constantly on the receiving end of these tawdry backstabs. It burns me up, and has ripped to shreds the respect I once held for the Party, which seems more populated by cowardly weasels than I ever imagined.
