AURORA, Colo. -- Dr. Lynne Fenton, the University of Colorado psychiatrist who was treating James E. Holmes, according to a court filing by his attorneys, was disciplined by the Colorado Medical Board in 2005.
Fenton was also reprimanded for failing to maintain a medical chart or to enter appropriate entries for the charts relating to herself, her husband or the employee, 7News reported.

I’m not sure but this is fairly clear.
Post #6:
“Fenton is also listed as a member of the faculty at the medical schools Schizophrenia Research Center and has received grants to study the effects of various drugs on schizophrenics.
On May 30, Fenton helped make a presentation at the psychiatry department called World of Warcraft: The Use of Archetypes in Psychotherapy. World of Warcraft, a popular multi-player role-playing video game, was among those Holmes played, according to a former roommate at UC Riverside.....
“That's all you need to know”
You mean she's a Veterinarian pretending to be a Psychologist? LOL
(for many that don't know UC Davis puts out a lot more Vets than Shrinks)
Drugs and violent video games: bad mix
“Fenton completed a residency in psychiatry at the university in 2008 before becoming an assistant professor and medical director of the student mental health service at the university’s Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora”
And that’s the problem. The CU medical school and hospital system has a systematic inbreeding problem. It’s essentially a closed system. A typical trajectory is to accept an undergraduate student from a CU school, they then graduate CU medical school, then do their residency at Anschutz, then do post-graduate work there too, and then become a Professor of Medicine at CU.
While I’m sure that the CU medical system must have pockets of excellence, but my own attempts to get help there have been dismal. The last time I attempted to get help there, the soon-to-retire head of the Endocrinology Department got so angry that he was turning red, clinching his fists, and advancing towards me in a way that I was convinced he was going to lose control and hit me!
Couldn’t that be kind of like a mechanic working on his own car?
It was comments from people who drank in a bar with him ( he had been drinking a bunch over the last month or so) AND the things found in his apartment. Time will tell. I am only going by what I have read in the local news reports and tv and radio bits.
And that is one reason I cited John Nash who though brilliant suffered from an onset of schizophrenia that destroyed his ability to do mathematics. I believe you and I are really on the same page. IF Holmes was being treated for a psychiatric disorder (and certainly schizophrenia is that) he was most likely on heavy duty psych tropic drugs....none of which are compatible with the ingestion of any amount of alcohol
Gotcha. Thanks. I do remember one report where someone was having lunch or whatever with him on Wednesday and he said he appeared fine. It was in the beginning I read it (Saturday?) and nothing since. Perhaps it was a bar, it didn’t say or I didn’t notice. The appearing fine was my focus and thought he could flip that quick?
Maybe a patient of the busy doctor?
The quick flip would be consistent with drug and alcohol mixing....at some point the alcohol kicks everything over the line and the thought process just goes so off track. It can be truly amazing to watch
He (supposedly) had all his gear by then.
When does the thought process return?
it doesn’t always..... Time will tell us as much as anything else about what is real and what isn’t with this killer.
I don’t think so, more what they want us to know about him/the Joker.
Did you see his parents or sister show up to be w/him?
Thanks for understanding, “wang tibet me.” OMG!! They’re coming for me now!
I bet somewhere there’s a tea partier named Lynne Fenton.
