Must be pretty bad. All I know about Rock Hill is the exit sign on I-77 I see every time I'm headed down that way on my way to the coast near Charleston. I usually pick up the Post & Courier.

I grew up just outside of Rock Hill and even as a kid in the 70s, I thought it was terrible and it hasn’t gotten any better with age.
