Who cares if he was right—he is over there supposedly showing off how much more diplomatic he would be with the Brits than Obama has been.
And his statement was not very diplomatic.
How hard would it have been to say that he’s not been involved like he was when he was responsible for SLC, so he won’t pass judgment on that?
The story line was supposed to be how much smoother he was with our allies than Obama has been and he botched that needlessly.
