One of the tenants of the UN Arms control act is that ALL surplus weapons will be destroyed rather than sold on the open market. Right now, buckwheat will not release the M-1s and the M-1 carbines that Korea wants to return to us. Insanity. Almost as bad as watching my MC issued National Match M-1 destroyed when our rifle team was issued the NM M-14, in spite of everyone on the team requesting to purchase the M-1 for our own use. I did manage to “liberate” some of the 17,000 30-06 NM rds that was also slated for the destruct pit.
Any Senator who votes for the UN gun control treaty will be tattooing a giant TRAITOR across their faces, in the eyes of 100s of millions of Americans.
I sure do hope that they understand that.
