I have so much fun with the .22 conversion for the AR. Using subsonic Ammo
I can get trigger happy at the range without drawing any attention. All that is
heard mostly is the ejector action, a minor clicking sound. And no ringing in the ears.
The carbon does need to be blown out with .223 or 5.56 after firing though.

The .410 conversion sounds like it would be fun to play with for a couple of hours but I suppose it has no practical value.
