How does a guy who knowingly obstructed Justice in a sex assault case become a Federal Employee?
Spanier should be spending time in a cell for failure to report those assaults.He knew they occurred but he refused to report it just to save the Football Program at Penn State.
I’m not following the case closely, but heard all the lawyers appear to be preparing/advancing a case where the principals at PS deny all knowledge and place all blame on a dead man- Paterno.
