I read an article here some time ago. Before the Sandusky thing became known. Maybe it was referring to Gricar. Can't remember exactly. Anyway it was referring to the extremely liberal agenda at Penn St. And speculated that he was investigating a pedophile ring of some sort. And that the higher ups were very active in the whole homo rights movement etc.

I could be wrong. Haven't heard anything else about it. But from what I remember it seemed pretty credible.

What ever happened to the radio host with the story of the boosters and donors and the huge gay management at the Univ passing these boys around in the pedifile ring?

It was out for awhile when this broke last year - does not seem to be coming back.

Actually Paterno was OK with Sandusky attempting to set up a football program at Penn State-Altoona....it didn’t happen, and it wasn’t clear to me from the Freeh report why there was a short “window of opportunity.”

Paterno knew that he couldn’t keep Sandusky a complete secret forever? (Just a guess on my part)

Also the Freeh report noted it was unusual for an assistant coach emeritus to be given keys to the weight room and such.
So PSU was OK with bringing his boy toys on campus too. The assistant coach emeritus thing must have given them what they thought would be plausible deniability.
