It was probably secure but not alarmed. That would be the singular fact that costs this movie chain zillions of $$$. What theatre chain doesn't alarm the emergency exits? Never mind the liability risk in an event such as this...what about potential lost revenue in the form of sneak-ins?

What theatre chain doesn't alarm the emergency exits? My local Cinema, Carmike, encourages people to use the exit doors when leaving the movie instead of going back into the lobby..
