Like I said, what started out to be fairly simple has turned into a project...IOW, nightmare, LOL! If the grandkids weren’t here I’d go to the garage and file the dang knurled part.

Ummm if the kids keep making too much noise to watch I might do it anyway!

My granson was a tech at Dodge before he returned to the family business but he is out in the woods somewhere. Did you look closely for the proper indexing on the shaft and arm?

Talked to grand son and he said you could file it but that makes it a Bi___ to return. I thinks he said flat rate was 2 hours...
