The witness, as I recall, didn't put a time limit on anything.

Timeline given by chief at press conference:

• 0005 - - Movie starts. Shortly after subject seen on cell phone, then leaves through rear door.
• 0030 (est) - A subject enters theatre from rear door and starts shooting.
• 0039 - Police start getting calls of shooting.
• 0040 - First officers arrive at scene.
• 0044 - Police radio traffic of subject in garb at rear of theater.
• 0045 - Holmes arrested. Sources report initially police thought he was a SWAT member, but one item he was wearing not consistent with their garb.
