Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.), a senior member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, demanded that Defense Secretary Leon Panetta explain why the Pentagon allowed uniformed service members to participate in this past weekend’s "gay pride" parade in San Diego. The Pentagon said last week that it would allow approximately 300 military personnel wearing uniforms to march in the San Diego parade, but that it was not making a blanket exception for the future. The San Diego homo parade is a political event, among other things. Politicians and political candidates participate in it for political reasons. Miltary people are not allowed to wear thier uniforms at political events. Inhofe should demand that military people can now wear their uniforms at non homo political events.
Because Pannetta knows he’ll get away with it.

An explanation is especially needed as to why Panetta decided to allow servicemen in uniform to participate in a gay pride parade when such participation in non-military parades by uniformed personnel is generally prohibited.
And the so-called gay pride parades are mostly orgies of exhibitionism, hardly a suitable venue for the participation of uniformed military personnel

Their goal is to destroy the military. Seems that they are well on the way. Who would want their son or daughter to join now?
I have been ashamed of my government and what it has done, but the government is not my country.
Maybe we can outsource defense. The administration is urgently destroying us. The unintended consequences that await us for many of the recent actions will be devastating. The cost of biofuels will leave no $ for military family housing. Combine that with public display of affection by homosexuals and the demoralized troops that remain on active duty will be all that remain between us and the hordes at the gates. We are in deep trouble now and hopefully we get our act back together yourself quicly.
