When someone takes Vicodin, it is noted by the amount of hydrocodone (typically 5mg, 7.5mg, or 10mg), not the acetaminophen content.
If he took “100mg of Vicodin”, it is meant that he took 100mg of hydrocodone (twenty of the weaker 5mg pills you posted a pic of, or ten of the stronger variety). It would knock a horse out, but not necessarily someone with a tolerance stemming from years of abusing the drug.
If the Tylenol didn’t send you into liver failure first. And 100 mg hydrocodone would make even most tolerant people a little sleepy. I don’t buy it. Folks that are tolerant to high dose narcotics don’t waste their time on vicodin. To build the tolerance you would die of liver failure first
Ok, then that's like Loritab. My Rx is for 10mg. My pain has to be severe for me to tolerate it otherwise one pill will make me sick. Most always, I break them in half.
