Let’s not tear apart the polling. The same shell game was going on in 2008 and people on here were somehow convincing themselves that McCain was actually leading. The polls are very likely correct.
Romney should be ahead by now. The economy has been crap for 3+ years and Obama is still in the high 40’s regardless of poll. So after all screw ups, bad economy, class warfare, Obamacare, etc... he is still, best case for us, tied.

What else do we think is going to change? This guy is like Clinton, no matter what he does or will do, he’ll win again.

I hoped in ‘96 that the polls were wrong. You may be right, but this poll appears to be an outlier. The race is pretty close, and, by some accounts, Romney is ahead. The economy was doing a lot better in ‘96 than it is now.

Come on, we should take a poll that admits to having an 8 points advantage (24 to 16) for ‘RATS in a year when Republicans are more excited to vote, as a reliable barometer?

I know what you’re saying...and I am disappointed Romney isn’t winning bigger...but a poll that is skewed li this still give Obamugabe only a six point lead isn’t good news for the Kenyan commie.
