Media assumptions that violence is right-wing are routine

Good list. And let’s not forget the mother of them all — the Kennedy assassination. The media blamed it on a right wing climate of hate but it turned out to be a commie who hated JFK for his anti-communism.
This is basic propaganda technique. When someone is shocked by an event, you hammer in your idea. Later when your target audience has calmed down you can gently recant, but your idea has been planted.
Your target will have your association planted, and if you consistently do it, your target audience, some of them anyway, will always associate your idea with that event. TEA Party is violent, Republicans are racist, you know the list.
They do this in high school, too, they’ll show one of the more shocking scenes from Amistad or Schindler’s List, then spend 15 minutes talking about Social Justice and how it relates to American foreign policy or some similar topic.
And now we find 0bama’s government funded his purchase of the weapons with a $26,000 ‘research’ grant.
Didn’t conservative groups immediately blame the left?
I guarantee you if Oswald had been a Bircher, we'd still be reading weekly lib editorials castigating righties for killing JFK.
I see you don’t like the subject of the thread, it annoys you liberal media defenders doesn’t it?
I don't know. You tell us. Can you cite an example or two?
Besides, this article is about our country's mainstream media, (broadcast, cable, radio and print) that reaches millions of news consumers, not water cooler talk or bloggers with an audience of dozens.

You bet, and rightfully so!
He is a well documented leftist ‘Occupy’ agitator that has been photographed at several Occupy ambushes.
Is he related to you?
.
See #9 and ask him if you really don’t recall any of it.
The subject doesn’t bother me in the least and I don’t see it as defending the liberal media. You may want to get another prescription for those glasses you wear that enable you to see what other people mean.
Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't realize that editor-surveyor was a major news outlet with an audience of millions. I thought he was just some random guy posting his opinion on the internet.
Why not ask him why he said it?
I said it because I read all sorts of stuff here about how Holmes was a liberal, DU, OWS person. Besides, I was talking about FR.
Be happy that you got the attention you desire so much for your liberal one liner troll post.
Then you clearly missed the entire point of the article.
I have a neighbor who thinks the moon landings were fake, but that's not the same thing as Brian Ross going on network television and telling millions of people that same stupid "fact."
Be happy that you still have vision health insurance.
ok
That didn’t make any sense.
Be thankful that you still have insurance to help purchase the glasses you wear that enable you to see what other people mean...the clairvoyant ones.
I’m asuming you are grandfathered into an insurance plan that includes vision care. With Obama/Romneycare, that might not be the case.
Your posts are getting weirder, besides the childishness, the insurance stuff is nonsense, you know nothing about me and insurance and “being grandfathered” into anything.
