Wait until they figure out that the fine is cheaper and a lot less hassle...
Nothing to manage, just one payment a year based on how many employees you have, and you’re done.

They have a joke in France that their country is "The Home of the 49 Employee Corporation" (since all the draconian laws kick in at 50). All companies mysteriously stop growing at 49 and new "sister companies" then appear magically. And temping over there is HUGE.
