he tested high for pot

No, as I already explained to you, he tested positive for inactive metabolic byproducts of pot - those tests can detect pot use up to 30 days in the past, long after the high is gone.

So let’s just legalize it all so we can find out what’s causing it.

The effects of pot are studied and understood:

"Of all psychoactive substances, alcohol is the only one whose consumption has been shown to commonly increase aggression. [...] Marijuana and opiates temporarily inhibit violent behavior"
- "Psychoactive Substances and Violence", Department of Justice National Criminal Justice Reference Service

As I’ve already explained to you, the man was shown to be a pothead, and had no traces of bath salts. And even before that I was against legalizing ANY kind of mind-altering drugs, and I haven’t and I’m not going to change my mind, over claims that pot is just some kind of nice high that doesn’t hurt anybody. Because we know the pothead addicts have a real hard time dealing with reality and functioning. And this country doesn’t need any less functioning people. The things that potheads will do to feed their habits are certainly harmful to themselves and others.
