The casual consumer of news hears it all the time and not just from Democratic pundits. Reporters, pundits, and concern trolls in the media fret that Romney has had to move too far right. Hes just too conservative.
These same people never stop to examine Barack Obama. Between the two, Barack Obama has repeatedly surrounded himself with people who actually dont much care for the United States. Writing that may anger people, but it is actual, factual, fact.
Instead of considering if Mitt Romney is too far to the right, perhaps we should consider if Barack Obama is too far to the left.
Barack Obama notes in his fictionalized autobiography that everyone bought and no one read that Frank Marshall Davis was an influence in his life. The Obama campaign disputes how much of an influence Davis was, but he had enough of an impact that Obama took time in Chicago to visit places Davis lived.
Davis was an activist communist and friend of Obamas grandfather.
Barack Obama left Hawaii, went to Chicago, and sat in Jeremiah Wrights church for 20 years. Among other things, Jeremiah Wright mouthed off from the pulpit about the U.S. of KKK A.
When he got his jump start into the major political arena, Barack Obama held a fundraiser in the living room of terrorists who had tried to kill police officers and blow up the Pentagon.
In fact, one of the terrorists, Bill Ayers, told the New York Times on September 11, 2001:
I dont regret setting bombs, Bill Ayers said. I feel we didnt do enough.
During Barack Obamas political career in Chicago, he headlined an event for the Democratic Socialists of America and joined the communist rooted New Party in Chicago as a way to get leverage on the ballot.
In the White House he appointed Van Jones, a self-described communist and Kevin Jennings who has his own far-left outside the mainstream issues.
And now out on the campaign trail, Barack Obama is peddling grade school Marxism in the name of fairness.
The left may keep up the drumbeat on Mitt Romneys conservatism, but Id like to think some Super PAC somewhere will make sure the public knows what the media wont tell them Barack Obama has spent a lot of time surrounded by people who hold the founding ideals of this country in contempt.
It is an inconvenient fact reasonable people are not supposed to discuss, but it also happens to be true.
Reagan repeated this type of mistake (trusting progressives to keep their word) when he trusted ted kennedy on amnesty and tipp o'neill on spending cuts. He learned alright... to become a rock of Conservatism and he acted to defeat those that had proved themselves an enemy to Freedom and Liberty.
Romney said that a woman's right to choose was bred into him by his mother... from birth. The video is on You Tube... there are many such videos that show in great detail how mitt rommney will flip flop on any issue... whatever he needs to do or say to achieve his goals... and he has changed every single major issue stance he has ever held... and done so in the last 10 years. Reagan NEVER did that.
To believe that any politician can change themselves from one thing... to another that is a 180 degree polar opposite of what they have been all their lives... is itself the very definition of insanity.

I come upon an accident on the freeway
***That is a poor analogy. A better metaphor would be to find 2 people revving their engines, cars pointed straight to a cliff. Both invite you into their car. You’re saying that the Honda Civic is better than the Dodge Charger because it will go over the cliff slower, and that we can reason with the owner on the way down.
He's flexible and willing to make adjustments when necessary.

Yup.
Outstanding Kent... just simply outstanding!

Really? Are you sure? ;-)
Mitt is a loser candidate libtard. But I REALLY wish people would stop pointing to RomneyCare as if it were proof he supports ObamaCare.
On this one point he is absolutely correct...it is absolutely the right of states to decide whether they want (state) government funded health care. We conservatives can’t have it both ways. We can’t say that abortion should be decided by states but that health care can’t.
If a state’s population is stupid enough to vote for state-funded health care, that’s their right and that’s their business. To argue otherwise is to argue against a fundamental conservative tenant in terms of state rights.
It’s wrong and it makes conservatives appear stupid.
Why should a state government have the power to punish us for not going into the market and purchasing a product like health insurance?
shhhh...don’t teach him to copy and paste! He’ll then pollute every thread instead of only some of them.

Not to worry. Romney will fix that misconception before the election, or if he realizes that he needs to remain “too far to the right” in order to get elected, if he actually desires to get elected, it will be fixed in his first year in office, should he have a first year in office.
Once agaain: YUP. ;)
And Romney is, if nothing else, a "reasonable person."
Romney will stack the Court with, at best, perceived-to-be gentlemanly leftists. He appointed left activists to the court in Massachusetts. In November we will choose between Mussolini who will make the trains run on time, and Lenin.
What do you suggest? Should we just shoot 'em both and start over? < /sarc >
Conservatives cannot support Mr. RomneyCARE,
author of DEATH PANELS.
He also supports the GLOBAL WARMING HOAX, TARP,
Sharia, misogyny (consider just Gov. Palin and
his Lt. Gov. in MA), TAXES, TAXES, and TAXES,
liberal judges, and the Romney AGENDAE which
he IMPOSES and then disavows (eg. gay marriage
and RomneyCARE/ObamaCARE).
Which of THOSE that you support, makes you, too,
“SEVERELY” conservative? (more likely deranged).
It depends upon what the state constitution says. If it says you CAN do that, and that’s what the people ratified, then yes you can. The US Constitution has nothing to do with it..in fact, the USC says such things are left to the states. Likewise, there is nothing to prevent a state from having a state religion should it decide to name one. What you reference are limitation upon FEDERAL government...not states.
Did Romney send those men to DC? I don’t know, I’m asking. If he did, then he’s guilty. If he didn’t, there is nothing to prevent the architects of the plan “appropriately” (even if stupidly) created for a state hiring themselves out to help create the unConstitutional (by our beliefs) plan for Ovomit.
I mean, were those guys free agents acting independent of Romney or was Romney loaning them out and willfully helping the Obamunist?
