“Effective in September 1963, NCHS was reorganized, with the Division of Vital Statistics becoming one of five operating divisions. This reorganization separated support activities, such as data processing and publication activities, from the substantive vital statistics program operations. “
Where in that do you get the idea that the Division of Data Processing was CREATED by that reorganization?
By being able to read. It says they reorganized into five divisions and separated out the support activities. Data Processing became a division.
Nope. It says that the Division of Vital Statistics became one of 5 operating divisions in 1963. It doesn’t say whether the other four were created at that point or already existed.
It’s exactly what it says. What the hell do you think “reorganized” means?? And it specifically says the function of data processing was separated out at that time.
Lol, BUSTED! Nice :)
