So is anyone even considering the questioning of whatever governmental organization did her background investigation? All I hear are attacks on Bachmann. This shouldn't be about who asked the question, it should be about who is responsible for answering the question. Good grief, now our representatives can't even ask a simple question without being pilloried. The world seems upside down to me.

You are absolutely correct. Bachmann is on the House intelligence committee (as is Gomert) and the letter was sent as a matter of oversight and inquiry. It should have been answered rather than having McShady reading it on the Senate floor. Arizona should be ashamed of his lousy legacy.
