Correct on all points.No doubt.
But why are we all or nothing?
If my family lived south of the border, and were forced to dodge drug lord gunfire, and eat dirt sandwiches, I’d do anything possible to give them a better life, including smuggle them in to “the last, best hope on earth”.
We have made it impossible for the average (poor) immigrant to come here, taking 2 to 10 years for them to do so, at a high cost,5 figures, gennerally.
Again, I do not want amnesty, I only want the Immigration Department to join the rest of us in the 21st century and use tools such as the internet/finger prints, etc. to bring good people to citizenship. We did it with all the arrivals at Ellis Island, etc.
Should we allow Coyotes and people like that to dictate what we do now?
Let those here now illegally go through that same process, but let’s bring the process up to date.
Feds aren’t tryng to stop them, only give them “amnesty” which is very wrong as well.
You're an illegal alien sympathizer.
Seems to be a lot of those in Texas.
A national immigration policy is supposed to be about one thing and one thing only, looking out for the welfare of the nation’s citizens.
To include; health, safety, employment and national security.
There’s a reason why the immigration is so “impossible”. It’s supposed to limit the numbers we take in. This isn’t the late 19th or early 20th century when we were in the midst of the industrial revolution and needed workers.
We are overrun and being overrun with even more. The USA has reached or gone beyond the tipping point of financial solvency. We cannot afford to take in anymore “poor” immigrants solely based on goodwill.
Reason and logic should always trump emotion and feelings.
