Let me get this straight Tex, are you suggesting they crossed the Texas border in a pickup truck packed with 27 people in it?

Uh, I did read the article, and it did not say they crossed the border, over 100+ miles away, with a pickup truck packed with 24 people. The article never mentioned that.
In fact, do you believe they crossed the border check point in Nuevo Laredo with 24 people jammed into a pickup?
Most likely not. They probably agreed to meet some one at at given spot.
I believe many are housed in Raymondville, waiting to be transported. Don’t know how they manage to get past the checkpoint about 30 miles north on highway 77 though. They have found houses packed with illegals in Raymondville from time to time.
