A Death Penalty sentence will assure him of living for at least 20 more years, while tax dollars are squandered on the endless Appeals that the Death Penalty always brings.

Immediate Execution should be swift, precise, and final in cases like this. We could free up a lot of Prison space by EXECUTING those on Death Row, and stop wasting time on frivolous Appeals.

Didn't we used to believe that 'Justice delayed is injustice' back in this nation's not-too-long-ago history?
