His appearance — especially the eyes, and more so on video — do look like he is on a stiff dose of an anti-psychotic drug but I don’t think it would be constitutional to force an injection prior to the judge seeing him in the hearing and ordering it.
Since when is any thing CONSTITUTIONAL in this once great Nation??? at least not in the past four years....
