Agreed, Joe is dead so he doesn’t care. I agree with all the panalties except the NCAA should be forced to give the money towards the victims, and how does one pretend that victories that occured didn’t? I could see Grambling being in favor of this PC move, but the players didn’t rape anybody. Does anyone ever think Penn State will ever outlive this scandal? SMU has not...Hell blow Joes statue up on the 50 yard line for all I care, but players should be allowed to transfer anywhere that accepts them.

I would even go as far to suggest that Penn State change its’ name to something like Happy Valley University, or The University of Central Pennsylvania, or somesuch.
