its hard to say when they first contracted with abortion providers,

Well, it certainly shouldn't be hard for Stericycle to say when they first contracted with abortion providers. And, it certainly wouldn't be hard for Romney or Bain (or both) to say that Stericycle hadn't yet contracted with abortion providers when they ran the company. But, they're not doing that.

By the way, Romney/Bain have claimed that Romney left Bain in early 1999, but in late 1999, Romney signed the 13g filing relating to Stericycle.

It has been reported that Romney is clinging to his story that he left Bain in early 1999 to avoid responsibility for "outsourcing." But, there isn't anything wrong with "outsourcing" and outsourcing is often necessary to save a company. I think its far more likely that Romney is claiming to have left Bain in early 1999 in an effort to avoid responsibility for Bain's involvement with Stericycle. For several years after 1999, he remained the president, CEO and sole shareholder of the Bain entity. And, as indicated above, he signed the Stericycle documents after he claims to have left.

But, again, this is really just a thread about the press conference being held tomorrow. I wish Romney would hold a press conference tomorrow and clear up this cloud over his head relating to Stericycle.

Bain Attacks Fail to Shake Up Presidential Race

Friday, July 20, 2012

Yet while raising negative perceptions of Romney’s record in business, the Bain attacks have failed to bring about any change in the overall race for the White House.

The president’s attacks on Romney’s time at Bain Capital have succeeded in raising some doubts about the challenger, but by highlighting his role as a venture capitalist, the attacks also have reinforced the belief that Romney sees economic growth as his top priority. There is nothing better for the challenger than a race where he is seen as the candidate of economic growth.

Monday, July 23, 2012

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows Mitt Romney attracting 46% of the vote, while President Obama earns support from 43%. Six percent (6%) prefer some other candidate, and five percent (5%) more are undecided.

There are plenty of things to not like about Romney but Bain isn’t one of them. Better to let the Kenyan keep chasing his tail.

Why? You're the one on FR pushing the deceptive Stericycle meme.

Why would you want Romney to "clear up this cloud over his head relating to Stericycle"? What cloud? A cloud partly of your creation? You'd hardly want that, would you?
