Interesting idea but we no longer live in Imperial Rome or Ancient Egypt where Pharaoh or Ceasar issues an edict where an individual’s name be banned for eternity and all loyal subjects respect that ban on pain of death. No we need to be more creative. These indviduals must either be put to death (no Psychological excuses to get them off) or forced to work at hard labor in industrial sewage processing plants shoveling human waste for up to 20 hours a day. They will get rest periods of 4 hours and 15 minute breaks for meals. Their meals will be a mixture of the very human waste they are shoveling, some stale, rotten bread and and occasional piece of meat, fresh (or dried) animal intestine with some ketchup on the side. Keep up this regimen for everyday they live with no option for suicide. This is just a pilot program, I am open to ideas.

Anyone living under those conditions would be dead in two days from diarrhea dehydration. Only dogs can eat their own waste and live.
