I wonder if the ABC News staff also searched the membership rolls of the local Democrat Party to see if a Jim Holmes belonged to that organization? (sarc)
Holmes is a registered Democrat. He might even get to vote for Obama in November, if he’s out on bail by then.
What really burns me is that James Holmes is a common name. Probably a lot of guys got crap, but the fact that Ross SINGLED OUT a particular Tea Party Jim Holmes makes this slander. I really don’t see how an “oopsie” makes everything OK. Ross and ABC intentionally did this man harm. I think a good lawyer could prove malice.
