She wasn't in control of herself once she got drunk.
Nor were the boys.
She didn’t violate anyone, she fell asleep. Sick, sick thinking you got there.
I believe I'm going to raise the BS flag here. The boys were sufficiently in control of their bodies to operate video equipment (even if it was only a cell phone, it requires a reasonable amount of fine-motor control) and she was not. Not a wise decision for her to let herself get in that condition, but not giving consent, either. I've got two daughters, and a son. If my son ever treated a girl that way, drunk or sober, the court would be looking at my treatment of him, not his treatment of her.
