I was not aware that the body armor is “Law enforcement only”, I new it was highly regulated, due to a couple of bank robbers in California. The fact that it is only sold to law enforcement officials, opens this up to obvious corruption even more.

Some vendors require law enforcement ID for body armor, many do not.

Body armor is easily available. There are thousands of pieces of it available on eBay right now.
