You’re not reading what I wrote. Reiterating again for you: Yes, I DO KNOW all those invectives thrown at Reagan. And he shook it off. Palin couldn’t. That’s why I brought up the “Teflon President” phrase. Have you heard anyone say Palin has the same Teflon qualities?

FYI - One of my good friends knew Reagan and we got to spend 30 minutes meeting with him (after he was president). I have a picture of me with Reagan on my wall here in Left-coast California.
If you think Palin was even close to the greatness of Reagan, you’ve got some lessons to learn in life about people and intuition about people. Palin just didn’t have what it takes because she made too many egregious mistakes. Wonderful core values, but shallow attention to details. I think even she realizes that.
I’m sorry we disagree on this, but conservatives should listen to other conservatives’ concerns about who we choose to rally behind.
That said, I most certainly DO want Palin to speak at the Repub Convention (with a carefully scripted teleprompter) because she will skewer Obama.
