I agree with this post, on one condition:
Romney teams up with Palin.
If he tries to win this on his own, he’s in for a real fight.
If however he hires Palin and backs himself up with the entire right-wing base, he’s in like Flynn.
:D
Palin, Keyes, West, Cain.
But he’ll go for a nebbish who won’t outshine him.
Since ideas transcend personalities, it is foolish to make a Palin condition.
Rather, it should be said
- Romney must pick a conservative VP
- Romney must run a conservative issues-oriented campaign
on the second item, Romney did himself credit with a great speech slamming Obama’s “you didnt built it” re-marx.
The base AND the independents will be with Romney if he draws the distinction between Obama’s spend-more tax-more philosophy and a conservative free market approach that builds the economy up through free enterprise.
Huh' are you posting this from a different planet....'cause that isn't happening on this one...
Not gonna' happen.... Romney wants nothing to do with real conservatism. He never has and he never will.
“Romney teams up with Palin.”
Not gonna happen. Romney and his surrogate’s actions during the 2008 election have poisoned that well. Palin will never again trust Romney. Even now, she never speaks Romney’s name. Her attitude is ABO spoken without any Romney endorsement......
