I predict that even if Romney appears to be winning by a landslide, key states will remain ‘too close to call’ until after polls close in Alaska and Hawaii.

The media has a vested business interest in keeping people watching as long as possible. They charge higher advertising rates during these events. They will do what they can to keep 'eyes on'.

Except if Obama appears to be winning, they’ll be calling the election right after East Coast polls close, ‘mistakes’ be damned!

“They will do what they can to keep ‘eyes on’.”

1) Wolf Blitzer, CNN, NBC, ABC,and CBS EXCITEDLY declare Obama winner based on exit polling.

2)15 minutes later - “This could be a cliffhanger, folks.”

3) “Waiting for the last votes from Chicago, Philadelphia and Broward County.”

4)Dejectedly, “Looks like Romney wins in a surprisingly unexpected historic landslide.”

5) “Angry white racist men have voted our Glorious Leader out of office.” Wolf ponders, “What does this say about our country?

That’s how they played the Scott Walker recall election.
