You can talk all you want. Marijuana and other drugs are illegal for a reason - they rob individuals of their free will and ability to make rational decisions. Such substances destroy lives, not just of the user, but their families.
The punishment for drug use and trafficking should be death by hanging.
Yes, I can talk all I want as it is one of our few natural rights that is still somewhat intact. Talking is what I often do to my local politicians, police officials and members of the scientific/medical community around the world. Thankfully, many are listening and I foresee this corrupt prohibition being repealed within a few decades. Since you stopped the personal attacks and conclusion jumping, it looks like you may be intelligent enough to also understand.
Now, why do I spend time doing this? I have a personal fight in this issue because one of my best friends had his life taken by a WOD-enabled corrupt cop. He lived most of his life an orphan and didnt have any remaining family to fight for him. A corrupt cop planted a package on him that automatically made him guilty with a mandatory 5-10 years unless he could prove a negative. He took his own life rather than being wrongly caged. I have fought for him since that day I saw him lying in a box. That cop was later caught planting more drugs but didnt do a single damn day of jail time!
The corrupt magic object drug laws have removed many of our rights and left a barn door wide open for any corrupt officials to use against us citizens: [Judge] Reichbach called [ex-NYPD Detective] Arbeenys behaviour not only reprehensible abuse of trust and authority but the corruption of the entire criminal justice system.
Now, I highly recommend you actually LISTEN, and take a peek at the big picture behind our corrupt governments distraction
Marijuana
First of all, it is unscientific to use the term marihuana and especially marijuana. The proper term is Cannabis or Hemp. Those words were placed into our lexicon through government corruption and it is insulting to our language to accept them as proper words. If you want a real history lesson on Cannabis and the government corruption that led to prohibition, I recommend going to your library and borrowing The Emperor Wears No Clothes, by Jack Herer. He has hundreds of pages of facts that blows the lid off the corruption that started and now continues illegal cannabis prohibition. Yes, he has a cartoonish cover to attract more readers but it is a serious research work. Not only is everything cited, but he also has hundreds of copied pages from pre-prohibition history books, newspapers and US Government files. Some of the US Government items were actually missing from the Library of Congress and Jack fought for years to finally get them acknowledged.
There is an online preview of this book but it is maybe 1% of the full text and he doesnt have the amazing historic documents posted. I have previously gone over some of the main points in his book on FR.
Jack has unfortunately passed but I am still part of his fact-check network. If you find anything that I posted or anything that Jack put in his book is wrong, I urge you to challenge it so we can set the facts straight. To date, not a single line in his book has been refuted.

You cannot legitimately place naturally-occuring cannabinoids into even remotely the same category as most other drugs. Humans have been using Cannabis for at least 5000 years yet there has NEVER been a SINGLE documented case of cannabis causing any physical damage or even any permanent physical changes to anyone. Even when it is constantly abused beyond all reason. When isolated from the plant, the cannabinoids are also completely non-allergenic to anyone. There are very, very few drugs that are this safe and non-toxic. EVERY SINGLE DRUG and even most of the natural supplements at your local pharmacy have injured more people and are more toxic than cannabis.
Cannabis is no more addictive than gambling, watching TV, facebook or chocolate. There is no physical withdrawal from cannabis for 99.9% of users. In the heaviest users, the only withdrawal symptoms are MAYBE reduced sleepiness and hunger for a few days. Alcohol, tobacco and caffeine withdrawal is exponentially worse and far more impairing. In fact, it is common to DIE from alcohol withdrawal!
other drugs are illegal for a reason - they rob individuals of their free will and ability to make rational decisions. Such substances destroy lives, not just of the user, but their families.
Now, lets move away from cannabis and talk about the other drugs. I agree that abuse of truly addictive and toxic substances can be very damaging to individuals and those close to them. However, we have to look at the big picture before giving our rights away for a fruitless corrupt war that only makes things worse.
Yes, all laws are made by legislators for a reason. Like in ObamaCare, too bad this reason is most often to funnel taxpayer money to their biggest donors. Read about the FBI ABSCAM investigation where several US Senators were convicted of being bribed by a fake Saudi Sheik. The longest sentence served was 2 years and there has not been a similar investigation in 30+ years!
The War on [SOME] Drugs is yet another corrupt money-funneling operation. Just open your eyes:
-IF drug prohibition was about keeping toxic, addictive substances from people, why is alcohol sold as easily as candy to anyone over 21? Again, it is 100% medical fact that it rots every organ of the body starting with the liver and brain. It is 100% medical fact that alcohol is so addictive that you can DIE from the withdrawal.
-The true Merchants of Death are not the street dealers that the government demonizes. The true drug cartels sit in beautiful corporate offices, bribe doctors with money and pretty sales reps and they ship entire WAREHOUSES full of toxic/addictive drugs. All the top US pharmaceutical companies sell drugs that act identically and are just as dangerous as the street drugs they have replaced:
*Heroin Sold pure as Diamorphine. Countless synthetic derivatives such as OxyContin, Percocet, Fentanyl (considered 5-10 times stronger than natural heroin!). Many can be crushed and injected, just like heroin.
*Cocaine Procaine, some amphetamines affect the brain almost identically- Ritalin, Adderall, Concerta. Pure Cocaine is also manufactured as an anesthetic.
*Meth - Pure Methamphetamine is sold under the brand name Desoxyn and is even approved for children.
*Hallucinogens Hypnotic/psychotropic drugs like Ambien, Seroquel and a countless array of various anti-psychotics.
*Entirely new classes of addictive toxic drugs that didnt exist in nature - Most notably benzodiazepines like Valium and Xanax.
Since 2008, the number of addicts and injuries from Rx Opiates alone has exceeded that of every illegal drug combined! That is only the Rx opiates not the amphetamines, not the muscle relaxants, not the psychotropics, not the hypnotics, not the benzos, etc. Dont you see how most famous addicts now die from prescription drugs and not illegal ones? Big Pharma is now the top dealer and the WOD storm troopers are their enforcers.
If you want to see just some of the people big Pharma is destroying go to any shady pharmacy or pain clinic about an hour before opening time. Ghost-white silent people sweating, shaking, standing in any weather while watching the seconds tick down until their fix. Then there are those that can't even leave their homes. They get their Rx dope delivered and often paid for by taxpayers. The Bob Marley listening stoners hanging out in front of cannabis shops are nothing in comparison.
The punishment for drug use and trafficking should be death by hanging.
We should start with big pharma first. As I have explained above, they are by far the biggest merchant of death and see nothing wrong with forcibly drugging your children with amphetamines and making them addicts for LIFE.
Iran executes 400-500 drug dealers and even more users every year. Usually by public hanging. It has done NOTHING to reduce the rate of addiction. I have already explained why on post #8 of this related thread- Iran Struggles With Addiction
Forced prohibition against the drugs themselves will NEVER work. Even in a 100% surveillance police state like North Korea, drugs are still abused. I have gone into great length on this topic in the past:
