I think it has something to do with the ratings system that the Human Rights Campaign set up: If you are listed as ranking low in support for LGBTQ rights, you are stamped as a company ranking low in Human Rights!
Appalling....but on the public relations level, it seems to be working for the LGBT set.

If we had a true free market system, this wouldn’t be an issue. A little conservative leaning brewer would come along and grow at an astounding rate to fill the niche.
Unfortunately these companies lobby for laws that often harm their competition. Like Michigan Casinos that lobbied for the smoking ban in bars but got exemptions from the law themselves.
So the lower their HR ranking, the LESS LIKELY you are to contract a STD from associating with their products!!!
