He could have taken expended tear gas grenades from OWS and refilled them.

Something tells me that this kid is another schizo. He probably spent 1 year after his graduation from college with Chem or Bio degree (probably chem). He had Tennessee plates, mother lived in San Diego. I’ve scoured all three OWS (Denver, Tenn., SD) and found nothing. I noticed one Facebook with absolutely no info that has the same hairline and features as some pics posted elsewhere, which would fit the profile.
This kid is not going to give internet warriors any loose ends, so good luck - I’ve found nothing conclusive about him, and it usually only takes me 30 mins.
