With the amount of Software Programs out there (readily available or easily produced) which could be used to track Visa Visitors and notify which ever agency is responsible (more than likely, the hapless, clueless, MORONS at the Dept of Homeland [IN]Security) whenever someone overstays their visa and thus, that person's information could easily be added to the NCIC (National Crime Information Center) data base (as it IS a "crime" to overstay) and thus if any of these people are ever stopped or run afoul of any LEA, their names would return a "hit" and they could be held until ICE came to get them.
The ONLY reason for this not having been implemented a long time ago, is a WILLFUL intent by Congress (both parties) as as the Administration(s)--both Boosh and Dear Leader--not to undertake this easy remedy for this problem.
Willful?
