“That NVA surface-to-air missile guy back in ‘67 should have had better aim.”
Say what you want about John McCain’s politics - and I do not agree with his views a lot of the time. BUT - he put it on the line for this country and we should always remember that and give him credit for that. He was there, he fought the war and he spent a lot of time in a hideous situation at the Hanoi Hilton.
I’m not about to overlook the piece of crap being on his knees for the muslim brotherhood today.
I owe John McCain NOTHING! He was/is a LOUSY Pilot(”Naval Aviator”), a LOUSY Naval Officer, and a LOUSY RINO US “Senator”.
McCain is a true American hero IMO. (I am a VietNam vet who has met a couple of POWs.) Having said that,he is still a RINO. Maybe all that time in the Hanoi Hilton got to his mind. A few years in a place like that would change anybody.
The Hanoi Hilton

After the way he treated the families of Vietnam POW/MIA’s when he chaired the hearings back in the 90’s, you will not think he is a hero. He pretty much gave cover for the No Vietnamese and the Viet Cong.
There is a reason why Charlie let Hanoi John go home
Look up Benedict Arnold’s record prior to his becoming military governor of Philadelphia. Had he died at Saratoga, Arnold would have been one of our greatest heros. Past heroism does not prove current or future conduct.
