Nearly 500,000 eligible voters in 10 states with restrictive voter ID laws live in households without vehicles and reside at least 10 miles from an ID-issuing office open more than two days a week, a new Brennan Center for Justice study found. Because many of these voters may not have drivers licenses and nearly all live in rural areas with dwindling public transportation options it could be significantly harder for them to get an ID and cast a ballot. The report undercuts the claim by many politicians that eligible voters can easily obtain a free ID to vote. In Texas, in 32 counties near the Mexico border (pictured above), there are 80,000 Hispanic eligible voters but only two ID-issuing offices open more than two days a week. Photo ID to be required for fall SAT, ACT exams

Love your sources, care to share your view?
(1) Get an appropriate ID and on election day just walk in and vote, or
(2) Don't get an appropriate ID and on election day just walk in and vote WITH A PROVISIONAL BALLOT.
The laws also provide for absentee balloting without anyone showing an ID.
The Democrats are misrepresenting the way the laws work ~ that's because they go right to the heart of the vote fraud situation where people just walk in and vote in the place of the rightful voter.
I don’t care how far it is to go vote, im gonna get it done.
This story is BS
Cry me a river! And, just how are these people going to get to the polls to vote? As backward as my state of Tn. is, you can go to any DMV office and get an ID card. They managed to go to the doctor, grocery shopping, etc.
I don’t believe a word in this report
If they can find a way to make it to the polling place, they can find a way to make it to the ID issuing office.
Soros front group....
But I bet they sure as hell could find their way to a welfare office!

They have four years between elections. If they can’t figure it out it’s not our problem.
Another case of statistical manipulation!
They didn’t “study” anything!
This is HORSESH*T! I’ll bet they wouldn’t “struggle” to get a photo I.D. if they hit the Powerball and needed a photo I.D. to prove who they are.
try doin’ a flash mob notice to the photo ID office.
And yet they should make electoral decisions affecting the freedoms and pocketbooks of Americans who do bother to get an ID?
No thanks. Too lazy to get an ID, then too lazy to vote.
Beat me to it! I might add, the unemployment office. How in fact do people apply for welfare, food stamps etc., I assume they have to have identification, right?
Golly, I hope this doesn’t make them disfranchised.
Exactly...probably are fretting that they’ll have to skip a pedicure to get an id... We live in a pathetic country right now. I bet if it was for some government benefit they’d rush to get the id......
