It doesn't even matter what's on the "document." The "document" is not what he received from Hawaii. It is something made up. But Hawaii's CYA is in place. It's the President who now has to explain why what HE got was NOT WHAT WE GOT.
Insofar as they can lead us to be discussing the laws of Hawaii, bits, bytes, pixels, layers, etc, they can keep us circling our own camp fire forever.
WHAT HE SHOWED, AIN'T WHAT HE GOT.
ALL WE KNOW IS WHAT THE HE SHOWED.

What Hawaii is needlessly helping Obama to try and hide is simply that the two items are NOT the same. That's the Emperor's Clothes, The Nose on Your Face, if it Were a Snake, it would have Bitten Us, Hidden in Plain Sight, Blinding Glimpse of the Obvious Truth here.
